Third party connector: Google Calendar

How is this connector used?
To make planned cards available as events in Google Calendar, you can setup a synchronization to publish Placker cards as calendar events in a selected google calendar. These events will be synchronized in real time in case they are updated in Placker.

What data are we requesting?
When configured, we publish Placker cards that are planned as events in your google calendar. To make this work, we need two types of permissions:
1. To read the google calendars that are available in your account, so you can setup the sync to publish events to one of the calendars.
2. To create calendar events for cards that are in Placker, and keep the cards synchronized. i.e. update or remove the events as the cards change in Placker.

Why are we requesting google user data?
We request this date so we can setup the sync with Placker, we do not read or access date that does not serve this purpose. For example we don't read the content of your calendar, only the calendar title.

Basically,

Placker can send planned cards to your google calendar. You can setup a connector to connect google calendar. We only read your calendar meta information and create and update events that are already in Placker.
