What is an active user?
Active users are users that have been active in your Placker organisation in the last 30 days.
If you have a Trello board with 12 members and you and another team member are the only one using Placker, there are only two active users.
What is an organisation?
Organisations is like your team or your program, we use organisations to group boards and members. Subscriptions are linked to organisations, you can link any number of organisations to a subscription or create multiple subscriptions if you need to.
How do I upgrade/downgrade my plan/users?
You will have a monthly subscription based on your organisations. You can add or remove organisations any time during the month to adjust the number of active users in the next billing period.
To make sure you only pay for active users, we automatically calculate and adjust the active users for the next billing period one week prior to the end of the current billing period. You will always be notified when the number of active members change so you can take action if you want to. Changes in your subscription will always be effective from the next billing period onwards.
What is the fair use policy?
We don't want to restrict the number of boards or members as this is annoying so in principle we like to give everyone unlimited boards and members. When we detect abuse of our policy we have the right to limit your scope to 10 boards and 10 members per active user, this is normally more then enough for any team size.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and paypal.
What currencies do you accept?
You can subscribe to either US Dollar or Euro when you sign up to your subscription, the amounts will be the same, the currency will be different.
Are you related to Trello?
No, we love Trello and created Placker separately to plan, track and report work. Placker works great next to Trello. Our vision is to expand Placker as an open platform across multiple tools.
We are not related in any way to Trello or Fog Creek software.
